The Executive Director, National Institute of Speech & Hearing (NISH), Akkulam, invites competitive bids from eligible and experienced agencies for the Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Air Conditioning Systems installed in various buildings of the NISH campus, for a period of one year.

Eligibility (summary)
The bidder must be a registered entity with valid GST registration and PAN, have at least three years’ experience in maintenance of commercial HVAC systems and have completed similar AMC works for Government departments, educational institutions, hospitals, autonomous bodies or PSUs. The bidder must have qualified service engineers and technicians and must not have been blacklisted by any Government department or PSU. Copies of supporting documents must be enclosed.
