IQAC

Quality System Procedure

IQAC noted that though quality objectives and plans of action to implement the quality objectives are set by each department every year, only less than 50% are implemented fully. 17th IQAC meeting held on 22nd Oct 2020 decided to constitute a subcommittee to formulate guidelines that will enable departments to improve the accomplishments of the set objectives.

Hence a committee was constituted with the following members,

1.      Ms. Shirly- Convenor

2.      Ms. Swathi G- Faculty member, Dept. of NDS

3.      Ms. Sangeetha- Faculty member, Dept. of ASLP

4.      Ms. Rakesh – DHI Dept. 

5.      Mr. Shyni – Dept. of Allied Services

6.      Ms. Sushama- EIP Dept. 

7.      Ms. Bini- HR/ Admin

The IQAC at NISH was constituted on 28/05/2015 with the objective to develop a quality system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic programmed action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the Institute and to promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internationalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices. As a part of its mandate of developing an all-encompassing quality culture in NISH, the IQAC plays a greater role in congregating the institutional effort for quality.
