Ms Raji N R joined NISH in 1998 as Software Engineer and got engaged in the development of Computer-Aided Teaching Learning Materials for the deaf and hard of hearing. Later Raji moved to teaching the deaf students and currently she is incharge of the B.Sc. Computer Science, Degree Program for Deaf at NISH. She is an educator with demonstrated ability to teach, motivate,and direct deaf students. She consistently maintains excellent relations with students, parents, faculty, and administrators. She is also an effective planner, who defines priorities, develops strategies, leads and manages a diverse classroom. She passed Indian Sign Language A Level course conducted by AYJ National Institute of Hearing Handicapped, Mumbai . She participates in and presents papers on deaf education at different national level conferences. |

Ms Neena joined NISH in 1998 in the Software Division. She was actively involved with the development of Computer Aided Teaching Learning Materials for the Hearing Impaired. At present she is a faculty of the Degree Program in Computer Science for the Hearing Impaired.

Ms Parvathy Pavithran has 18 years of experience in the field of deaf education. Being a hard of hearing person herself, she enjoys teaching deaf students, mentoring them, guiding them and motivating them to become positive and confident individuals She guides and motivates students to conduct workshops, projects, seminars, exhibitions etc. She has visited Universities in the US to gain exposure on deaf education. She has attended national and international conferences and has presented papers related to deaf education. Her areas of interest includes deaf education, measures for uplifting PwD, and Mentoring. Before joining the NISH family in 2001, Ms. Parvathy Pavithran worked as Software Engineer in a reputed company in Technopark. She is a hard of hearing person with normal speech & language (using hearing aids in both ears). She has experience in developing teaching- learning materials for the hearing-impaired at NISH. She has taken lecture classes for DSS, Degree (HI) and BASLP courses conducted at NISH. |

Ms Roshni joined NISH in December, 2009. She has a one year experience as programmer trainee before joining NISH. Roshni uses creative ideas while teaching and is interested in exploring innovative ways of teaching-learning. She has been working closely with the HEFP and Preparatory programmes and training the students in Maths in addition to her work in the B. Sc Computer Science programme. She is very actively involved in guiding student projects in the .Net framework.

Mr Sarun joined NISH as Computer Lab Assistant in February 2017. He has completed BSc Computer Science from NISH and has two years of experience, working in firms like Muthoot Fincorp and Scope International Pvt Ltd, in the field of BPO service and client administration. He is very passionate about teaching and helping deaf students. |

Mr Shinchu Soman joined NISH as Computer Lab Assistant in October, 2017. He has completed his BSc in Computer Science from NISH in 2013 and MSc from SN College, Cherthala, Alappuzha in 2016. He is interested in various cultural and athletic activities and has won prizes at the university and state-level competitions. He is a passionate teacher and his interests include sculpture and drawing.
