The National Institute of Speech & Hearing (NISH) is an autonomous institution under the Department of Social Justice, Government of Kerala, focusing on the identification, rehabilitation, and education of the individuals with various disorders.

NISH invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates to work in the position of Executive Director. Along with educational qualifications, commitment and a desire to make a difference in the lives of the special population are desirable.

• A detailed bio-data, application form in the prescribed format, copy of certificates showing educational qualification and experience should be submitted along with the application. Please note that the applications received without the said copies will not be considered for shortlisting.
• If called for an interview, self-attested copies along with originals should be produced.
• Mobile Phone number and valid Email ID are necessary. All communication from NISH will be through SMS or Email. No communication via postal mail.
• Soliciting recommendations and trying to influence the interview panel will be considered a disqualification.
• Candidates shortlisted will be called for interview in batches depending on the number of applications. Applicants need NOT call NISH offices for any follow up. All communication will be via email or SMS.
